Chong Hok Hoi, Bob, Managing Director of Chung Nam is a second-generation entrepreneur who initially joined the company in 1979. In talking to our interviewers, he reviewed his company’s history from its establishment to the present day, including the succession of – and reforms brought about by – second-generation leaders such as himself.
