  • Connaught Centre, Central District
    Connaught Centre is an office tower in Hong Kong. The building is located at No.1 Connaught Place, Central District on the Hong Kong Island. At the time of its completion in 1973, Connaught Centre was the tallest building in Hong Kong and in Asia. In 1980, the Hopewell Centre usurp the title of the tallest building in Hong Kong. In 1988, the headquarters of Jardines moved to Connaught Centre and the building was renamed Jardine House.
  • Universal House, Wan Chai
    The Universal House in the centre is a commercial building located at 229-230 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai.
  • China Fleet Club, Wan Chai
    The Fleet House was located at 38 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai and used to be the clubhouse for the British Navy. The building was acquired by the Chinese Estates Holdings Limited in the late 1980s and was renamed as Evergo House in 1994. In mid-1995, extensive alteration and renovation works were carried out to the building and facade, which led to the external appearance at present. The building was subsequently renamed as MassMutual Tower in 2000.
