  • Bat Without Wings
    A notorious rapist-murderer known as the Bat Without Wings who was imprisoned many years previously, suddenly reappears and abducts and kills Lei Feng (Ouyang Pei-shan), daughter of Security Bureau Chief Lei Hsin (Wang Jung).Suspicion falls on swordsman Hsiao Chi (Derek Yee), so in order to clear his name, he joins Lei Feng’s fiance Han Sheng (Ku Kwun-chung) in the search for the killer. Hsiao is in the meantime also entrusted by Szema Tung-cheng (Ching Li) to trace her missing father Chung Yuan (Ku Feng).Hsiao and his companions set out to see if the Bat has in fact escaped, and experience many spectacular adventures on the way. But the crazy Bat they find lurking in his booby-trapped island prison arouses their doubts. He is clearly not the man they are after.Chung Yuan mysteriously appears in the Bat’s cave. Apparently in search of the Bat’s famed kung fu manuals, he is secretly after the Bat’s priceless treasure. But he has been followed to the island by Leng Chiu-hun (Ai Fei) and is out-witted. Hsiao remains unharmed by attacks of poison gas and an impressive array of mines and traps, and at last unravels the terrifying mystery of the Bat.
  • The Mighty One
    Yen Tai-shu, the Chief Monk, his daughter and two disciples, Hsiang Kuei and Yun Chu have their peace rudely interrupted by Lung Wu-tien and his gang who demand a copy of ""Five Generations Fighting Methods.""- a five-part volume. In the ensuing fight, the Chief Monk and his daughter are killed, and his two disciples wounded. During the ten years that follow, Lung Wu-tien studies his stolen volumes, and though he becomes an expert swordsman, he is not invinsible because he only possesses three of the volumes. After further years of searching, Lung Wu-tien is still unable to find the two missing volumes. When a member of his gang assaults a woman, her husband enlists the help of a roving Knight. Time and time again. Lung Wu-tien's efforts are frustrated by the sudden intervention of the same mysterious Knight who is joined by Kan Su-fan, a swordswoman. When he is wounded, she helps him and teaches him new fighting tactics. Though he suspects his ally is a woman, he is unaware of her identity. In a final duel, Lung Wu-tien is fatally wounded by the roving Knight. Before he dies, he learns that the Knight is Hsiang Kuei, and that he and Kan Su-fan are the two surviving disciples of Yen, the Chief Monk, of 15 years ago. Their reunion is confused but joyful.
  • The Proud Twins
    Yen Nan Tien (Wang Jung), a renowned swordsman, departs for the Valley of Villains with his dead friend’s child, in search of Chiang Chin, the man responsible for his friend’s death. He is attacked by the Villains, the child is taken away from him, and fortunately, he himself is rescued by a magical doctor.At the age of 18, having been raised by the Villains, Hsiao Yu Erh (Alexander Fu Sheng) is already well trained as a skilful martial artist. And with this skill, he is able to get rid of the Villains and seek out the doctor in order to discover the truth about his parents’ death.On the way, he meets Tieh Sheng Lan (Candy Wen Hsueh-erh), who is endeavouring to save her father from the Villains’ clutches by giving them a stolen map which will lead them to treasure, which later causes much trouble. Discovering from Hsiao Yu Erh that there’s no such man being kept prisoner by the Villains, however, she goes to find out for herself.In the event, with the help of Yen who has recovered from his earlier wound, Hsiao Yu Erh learns that it was Chiang Chin, his own father’s butler, who betrayed his parents’ secret love, thus causing their death in an effort to deprive Hsiao Yu Erh of his father’s treasure. Princess Yi Hua, who has in her fury killed the lovers and removed one of their twin sons, Hua Wu Chueh (Wu Wei-kuo), proceeds to teach the child the skills of kung fu in order that he might one day unwittingly kill his own twin brother. However, her plot it foiled and, as a result, the twins unite to get rid of Yi Hua and her accomplices.
  • Full Moon Scimitar
    A young knight, Ting Peng (Derek Yee), practises a kind of swordsman art called “meteor” which helps him to win a lot of duels. He then challenges the famous Wu Tang swordsman, Liu Jo-sung (Wang Jung), to a duel in order to confirm his position among swordsmen. Before the duel, Ting meets a girl, Li Ke-hsiao (Meg Lam), whom he falls in love and to whom he entrusts his secret book of swordsman art.During the duel with Liu, Ting is shocked to find that even his “meteor” cannot make him win. He then find out that Li is really the wife of Liu and he is cheated by them. But now he is charged by Liu for stealing the secret book of swordsman art of Wu Tang. He feels so shameful in front of all those present that he runs away quickly and attempt to suicide when Ching Ching (Lisa Wang) appears and takes him to The Valley of Happiness.Ching is actually the granddaughter of the head of a heretical sect. Soon the two get married and on their wedding day, the head gives Ting a full moon scimitar and made him promise never to leave the Valley.Meanwhile, Ting’s swordsman skill has greatly improved and he decides to leave the Valley with Ching and take revenge on Liu. He first set up an estate near Liu’s and soon Liu is made crazy by Ting and is forced to accept Ting as his master. At this point, Ting regards himself as the most superior swordsman.From then on, Ting engages himself with women and music and forgets about Ching. He even challenges Third Master (Yueh Hua) to a duel. Ching’s grandfather persuades her to leave Ting but she reveals to him that she is already pregnant.When Ting goes to the duel with Third Master, he meets a girl Shih Hsiao-yu (Pan Ping-chang) whom he quickly falls in love. When Third Master refuses to fight with him, he returns home with Shih and divorces Ching while other people thinks that he has won the duel.Meanwhile, Liu together with others charges Ting of contempt of swordsmanship and they force him to lead them to the headquarter of the heretical sect. A thrilling fight is on the verge of breaking out when Third Master suddenly arrives ......
  • New Tales Of The Flying Fox
    A series of duels between Kiangnan Swordsman Hu Yi-tao (Liang Chia-jen) and Miao Jen-feng (Alex Man Chi-leung), two anti-Ching leaders – provoked by Miao’s pro-Ching godbrother Tien Kuei-nung (Ku Kwun-chung) – come to a draw. But finally, Hu is accidentally killed by Miao with a blade secretly poisoned by Tien. Hu’s wife (Yuan Chiu) commits suicide, while the baby boy who survives her is rescued by a waiter Ping Ah-szu (Lin Hui-huang).Years later, the Fox, Hu’s son Hu Fei (Felix Wong Yat-wa), who has mastered the swordplay, learns of the past and seeks vengeance. One night, he perchance rescues a middle-aged couple, who happen to be Tien and his adulteress Nan Lan (Chen Szu-chia), Miao’s wife, from the pursuit of Miao. Tien later kills Ah-szu, and frames Miao for the murder.On his way to pursue Miao, Hu Fei comes upon a girl Yuan Tzu-yi (Hui Ying-hung) who is trying to help stop leaders of all clans from attending a martial arts tournament arranged and designed by Ching’s Fu Kang-an (Tang Chen-tsung) to eliminate them all.Miao is blinded by Ching’s lackey and attached by their men when Hu and Yuan come to his rescue. Impressed by his righteous revolutionary cause, Hu agrees to try to find an antidote for Miao, his imaginary enemy, before taking vengeance on him, and succeeds in seeking the help of Cheng Ling-su (Tai Pei-ling), the pupil of the late pharmacist, to bring back Miao’s eyesight. Cheng also treats many of the anti-Ching leaders trapped and poisoned at Fu’s martial arts tournament. To rescue Yuan, Hu is mortally wounded, but Cheng sacrifices her own life to revive him. Driven by grief, Yuan becomes a nun.A duel between Hu and Miao at Hu’s late father’s grave becomes inevitable. In the course of the fight, Tien leads his men to assault them. Stung by a prick of conscience, Nan exposes her lover’s plot. Hu and Miao combine to fight Tien to avenge an old wrong.
  • The New One-Armed Swordsman
    Skilful swordsman, Lei Li is wrongfully suspected of a treasury house theft. Lung I-chih, another swordsman and gang boss, further incriminates Lei Li by giving false evidence. Lei Li challenges Lung I-chih to a duel, saying that if he, (Lei) loses, he will cut off his right arm and retire from sword-fighting, Lung I-chih, fighting with a special stick, overpowers Lei Li, who true to his word, cuts off his arm. He gets a job as a waiter in a small restaurant. Here he meets Pa Chiao, the daughter of the local blacksmith and the two become friends.Two thugs, Chin Fen and Chin I molest the girl and Lei Li fights Chin Fen. Seeing Lei Li in trouble, another swordsman, Feng Chun-chieh, joins with Lei Li, and the thugs are defeated. A great bond of friendship grows between Lei Li and Feng Chun-chieh, and they become sworn-brothers. Pa Chiao wants to give Lei Li her father’s sword, (a precious heirloom). He refuses it, but she leaves it with him. Pa Chiao is kidnapped and later rescued by Lei Li and Feng.Gang leader Lung I-chih plots to kill Feng Chun-chieh, and invites him to a swordsman’s meeting at Tigers Mountain. Feng Chun-chieh is killed by Lung I-chih. Lei Li, who has now regained his skill, takes the sword given him by Pa Chiao, and goes to find Lung. After a hard fight Lung I-chih is killed. Feng Chun-chieh’s death is at last avenged.
  • Clans Of Intrigue
    Chu Liu-hsiang (Ti Lung) is a handsome and skilled swordsman, who travels in the company of three female ""disciples"" -- a Wu Hua Monk (Yueh Hua), Nan Kung Ling (Tien Ching), and a palace maid named Kung Nan-yen (Nora Miao).They discover that the heads of three Clans have been found dead -- poisoned by spiritual water stolen from the Spirit Water Palace, which is ruled over by the Head Palace Maid, Yin Chi (Betty Pei Ti). It is suspected that only Chu Liu-hsiang could be the culprit, but he denies it. He is threatened with death unless he can discover the identity of the killer within a month.In the bedroom of one of the dead clan leaders, Chu sees a portrait of a beautiful woman, Chiu Ling-su (Yen Nan-Hsi). He seeks her out and learns that about 20 years previously, a Japanese warrior, Yi Ho-jen, arrived in China to challenge the clan leaders to a duel. The Japanese warrior had been killed, but his two children had been adopted -- one by the Head of the Jen Tzu Clan and the other by the Tien Feng Abbot of the Shaolin Monastery.In a bid to usurp his position, one of the grown children had murdered the head of the Jen Tzu clan with the poisonous spiritual water. The widow of the dead man is Chiu Ling Su, who had sought refuge in the mountains until the opportunity to avenge her spouse's death arose. The killer is none other than Nan Kung-ling.Upon hearing this story, Chu Liu-hsiang finds and subdues Nan Kung Ling, and tries to find the other killer, whom he suspects is the other child of the Japanese warrior. But before he can give any information, Nam Kung Ling is himself poisoned by the spiritual water, and dies. Chu Liu-hsiang then goes to see the Wu Hua Monk and the Tien Feng Abbot. Chu suspects that the Monk is the other child of the Japanese warrior, but the Monk flatly denies the allegation.However it is later discovered that the Monk is indeed the other child, and that prior to his fifteenth birthday he had been a woman, and had lived in the Spirit Water Palace. However, after his fifteenth birthday, a sex change had occured, and he had been driven from the Spirit Water Palace. He then went to the Shaolin Monastery to learn martial arts.Now this Wu Hua Monk is consumed with ambition. He wants nothing less than to subdue the whole of China. Through an illicit affair with Kung Nan-yen, he obtained the poisonous water with which he then poisoned the clan leaders, as well as anyone else who got in the way.The film reaches a crescendo with a bloody battle which takes place in the Spirit Water Palace, involving Chu Liu-hsiang, Yi Tien Hung, Wu Hua Monk, Kung Nan-yen, and Yin Chi.
