The 36th Chamber of Shaolin (aka The Shaolin 36th Chamber), released in Hong Kong on 2 February 1978, was directed by Lau Kar Leung and produced by Shaw Brothers (Hong Kong) Limited. The film won the Best Martial Arts Award at the 24th Asian Film Festival.
