Champion Award of Japan for Singers (1975)
It was a singing contest held by Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation in Japan, where was shown every week on television in Japan. There were five professional singers participating in the contest each time. Any singer who won the first in the contest for ten times would receive the Champion Award. Roman Tam was the first non-Japanese singer who won the Champion Award in this contest.
