Hong Kong Space Museum, Tsim Sha Tsui

On the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, the egg-shaped dome of the Space Museum has long been an eye-catching landmark for the Kowloon Peninsula. The Museum, opened in October 1980, enlightens visitors on astronomy and space technology. It houses one of the world's largest planetariums, the Space Theatre, which features thrilling OMNIMAX and sky shows on science and nature themes. The Museum also has two exhibition halls: the Hall of Space Science and the Hall of Astronomy.
