Featuring a speech by Sir Robert Kotewall at its opening ceremony, the 1st Exhibition of Chinese Products was jointly sponsored by the YMCA, YWCA and CMA. Products on display during the four-day exhibition included cloth, fabrics, plastic goods, electrical appliances, shoes, socks, lacquer ware, ink, soaps, leatherware and cigarettes.
