The Fifth Exhibition

The 5th Exhibition of Chinese Products was originally held on 20 December 1941 at the plaza beside the Peninsula hotel (the site of the 4th exhibition). The newspapers carried reports about the exhibition preparations. Later, on 8 December 1941, Hong Kong was invaded and occupied by Japanese Army. The 5th Exhibition was therefore suspended.
