Regulations under the Factory (Accidents) Ordinance, 1927

Regulations made by the Governor in Council under the Factory (Accidents) Ordinance, 1927, Ordinance No. 3 of 1927, on the 14th April, 1927. The regulations provided that every accident in a factory causing injuries, disablement and death had to be reported to the Secretary for Chinese Affairs or at a police station; and that all driving belts, any moving parts of any machines, every part of mill gearing, all fly wheels, pulleys and exposed wheels, and all shafting should be "securely fenced".
