North Point Estate

The North Point Estate was the first Estate built by the Housing Authority which employed private architects to take up the planning, design and construction. While the cost was far higher than the resettlement estates, it brought about designs of greater variety and flexibility. Until its demolition in 2002, North Point Estate was still regarded among the best-designed public housing estates in Hong Kong
