Kitchen in Victoria Prison

Prison staff escorted a team of inmates from their cells to the kitchen at C Hall to prepare meals for other inmates every day. The meals were prepared under supervision by a duty officer to ensure that the food was well cooked and warm before serving, especially during winter.
