This section shows part of the manuscripts of Richard Lam’s lyrics from the 1980s to the early 1990s. There are many well-known and awarded songs, such as How high is the sky sung by George Lam, Stand up sung by Leslie Cheung, Fun comes first sung by Sam Hui, Flaming tango sung by Anita Mui, Thousands of songs sung by Priscilla Chan and Loving you more everyday sung by Jacky Cheung etc. Moreover, Richard Lam also wrote lyrics for theme and incidental songs for films and TV dramas, and also songs for animations, children’s songs, songs for radio shows and advertisements, as well as promotional songs for educational campaigns.

Some of the manuscripts in this collection had to have the musical scores blurred due to copyright restriction.
