The Penfold Park is the park occupying the infield of the Sha Tin Racecourse, opened on 11 May 1979. It was called the Infield Park and was renamed the Penfold Park upon the retirement of General Penfold in honour of his contribution to the Club from January 1972 to January 1980 as the General Manager (now Chief Executive) of the Jockey Club.
