Bride's Pool, Tai Po
Situated inside the Plover Cove Country Park just north of the Plover Cove Reservoir, the Bride's Pool acquires its name from a legend. It was said that a bride riding on a sedan chair from Wu Kau Tang Village to Luk Keng Village was caught in a torrential rain at this spot where she was washed down and drowned. Bride's Pool has a magnificient and beautiful waterfall and is an ideal location for picnicking and camping.
