When the prison fight takes place, they discover they have rescued not the prime minister, but a decoy that was there simply to lure them. The Sung faction regroups outside the prison after suffering heavy losses. They are then told that Wen Tien-hsiang is in the court of Pai Yen. But again they have fallen into a trap – and again they fight their way out.A Yuan general finally reveals the whereabouts of Wen Tien-hsiang and offers to join the Sung party. When they try to rescue Wen Tien-hsiang from the “Heavenly Prison” he refuses to leave alive.
