It is written in the Book of Revelation that there came four riders, each astride a different colored horse and each armed with different weapons of destruction, causing war, famine, disease and death.Following the Korean war, these riders of the past could well have come again in the guise of Chin I, ex-boxing instructor, Feng Hsieh, ex-combat instructor, Kao Ying-han, explosive expert, and missile expert, Li Wei-shih - all army trained, and now demobilized, they prepare to enjoy the pleasure of Seoul, little realizing what conflicts and adventures peace will bring them.Chin I’s association with bar girl Wen Szu, attracts the attention of Boss Hawk, powerful leader of a drug smuggling network, and his associate Lei Tai, who bribe demobilized soldiers to transport drugs to the U.S.A. One such man regrets his formerly agreed connection with the gang. But during his efforts to help the man, Feng hsieh is knocked unconscious and is falsely incriminated by Lei Tai. Feng is subsequently arrested and held as a prime suspect for murder when the police find the man dead. Feng’s friend Kao Ying-han is powerless to help him. The injured Feng Hsieh, now in hospital, meets and makes friends with Li Wei-shih and his girlfriend, Sung Wa. Careful plans are made between them to rescue Feng. But though he escapes, Sung Wa is killed and Feng himself becomes a fugitive.Meanwhile, Feng’s friend Chin I, with the help of Wen Szu and the others, succeeds in exposing the smuggling network and clearing Feng.
