[Trailer not available] 1. Deadly InjectionsHua I-to (Ku Feng) is a quack acupuncturist, and together with his attendant, Erh Hu Tzu, roams the countryside soliciting business. One day, he attends the daughter of Mrs Pai Hu. The patient is suffering from chicken pox, but the quack makes a mistaken diagnosis. He kills the patient by inserting a needle into her stomach. Scared, they try to run away, but they are chased and caught by the populace, and beaten up. They are forced to parade the streets, carrying the corpse. Later on, a sick fat girl named Liu Tai asks them to give her medical treatment. Hua is willing, but Erh Hu Tzu restrains him, remarking, “If we have a repetition of the last mishap, then I can’t carry this fat corpse; she would be too heavy for me”. They then leave the bulky patient.2. CounterfeitDavid Feng informs So Fei (Shaw Yin-yin) and Anna (Dana) that a certain foreigner, called Stevenson, has invented a printing machine for making counterfeit banknotes. David Feng even demonstrates how closely the counterfeit $500 currency notes resemble the genuine article. So Fei and Anna are pleasantly surprised when people in a market, as well as in a Macau casino, unsuspectingly accept the counterfeit money. They therefore pay a high price to purchase the printing machine; but they are disappointed when it turns out only blank white paper instead of currency notes. Stevenson has already decamped with their money, when they try to find him to settle their account with him.3. Later on, Tsao Li-chu tells Dr. Tsao that her cousin, Chou Chi (Kang Kai), who is suffering from VD, will be coming to the clinic to seek treatment. In due course, Chou Chi, the shop assistant, arrives at the clinic, and hands the packet of jewels to Tsao. She tells him, before she leaves that Dr. Tsao will pay for it. After a few minutes, Dr. Tsao and his nurse appear; but instead of money, Chou Chi is forced to submit to receiving an injection from the doctor, whose nurse has also forcibly taken a blood sample from the ‘patient’.4.
