Just after the Chinese Revolution, during the time that China was plagued by powerful warlords, the ruthless and arrogant General Chin occupied the provincial capital. A consignment of arms destined for his 3rd Division has arrived in his territory, but the news leaks out, and the Revolutionary Army in the south dispatches their most capable officer, Wan Tai, to raid Chin’s arsenal.When Wan Tai arrives at the capital, he is befriended by a vagabond, Meng Kang, and a fighting adventurer, Tieh Fu. This pair is not only patriotic, but also resourceful and intelligent. And they have at least one useful contact: Hung Yin-feng, the daughter of one of Gen. Chin’s commanders, is Meng Kang’s girl friend and she manages to supply them with a truck to transport the stolen arms to the railroad.They successfully raid the depot, and are able to get the arms loaded on a southbound train before Gen. Chin gets the word and sends a band of horsemen to chase the train. In the ensuing fray, Wan Tai is critically wounded, but before dying he tells his friends where the arms are to be delivered in Nan Chen.But Gen.
