A couple of angels, Chau Bo (David Chiang) and Chi Kuen (Maggie Li Lin-lin) have a love affair and this is against the regulations of Paradise, which does not allow emotional desires among the angels. Thus the couple is sent to earth with the help of an angel who has sympathy for them. However, this angel, Sun Lin (Li Yi-min) is also sent to earth.On earth, Sun Lin is a taxi-driver and accidentally dies one night when he picks up a couple, Chan Din (Alexander Fu Sheng) and Shi Ki (Jenny Tsang), who are attacked by a few rascals. During the fight, Sun Lin is badly wounded and dies. Sun thus goes to Hell and as he is queuing up at the Office of the Hell, he meets a charming lady, Huang Kwan, who tells Sun that because she took drugs, she fell from a high-rise building and died.Sun and Huang see that every type of punitive measurement in Hell is similar to what is found on earth. On one occasion, while Sun is forced by a group of bandit ghosts to rob money from the passing-by, he is caught and punished. On another occasion, Huang is forced by a Black-Hearted Ghost to be a prostitute but luckily she escapes.
