Tuan Cheng-tun (Antonio Ho), Duke of Tali in Yunnan Province, has an illicit affair with Chin Hung Mien, the wife of the Yellow-Robed Warrior (Shih Chung-tien). A fight breaks out between Tuan and the Yellow-Robed Warrior when the jealous husband finds out about the affair. Tuan defeats him, but the Warrior promises to take his revenge upon him in time.Tuan is something of a philanderer, and he rejects Chin when he discovers that she is two months pregnant. Shu Pai-feng, Tuan’s fiancee, then steps in and evicts Chin, who has no recourse but to leave, but now she too pledges to avenge herself on the couple.Tuan and Shu marry and later have a son, whom they name Tuan Yu. When the boy grows up, he finds he loves books more than sword fighting, but Tuan tries to encourage him to learn martial arts. Meanwhile, Chin has given birth to a girl, Mu Wan-ching, who grows up to be an extremely skilful martial artist, and who roams the countryside in search of Shu, in order to exact her revenge upon her for the wrong done to her mother. One day, Tuan Yu (Danny Lee) meets a girl snake charmer named Chung Ling (Lin Chen-chi), and they become friends. While roaming the hills, they are suddenly captured by Szu Kung Hsuan (Chiang Han). Chung Ling makes a tiny snake creep into the Szu’s body, causing him extreme agony. Thus, she forces Szu to free Tuan Yu, though she herself remains his hostage. Chung Ling then secretly tells Tuan Yu to search for Mu Wan-ching (Tanny Tien Ni), who will be able to force Szu to release her. After a series of adventures, Tuan finally locates Mu, who is reputed to be a man-hater and who always hides her face behind a mask of black cloth. Together, Tuan Yu and Mu free Chung Ling. During the battle to free her, a monster appears, and attempts to kill Mu and Tuan Yu. Mu is wounded, and Tuan Yu tends her injuries. Tuan sucks the blood of the Red Python, and kills it; the blood gives Tuan Yu great strength to fight off the monster.Accidentally, Mu’s mask falls off and the first man to see her beautiful face is Tuan Yu. According to an oath she has sworn, Mu must either marry him or kill him. Tuan Yu agrees to wed her, and takes her home to Tali to meet his parents. Mu recognizes Shu and tries to kill her. At that very moment, their enemies, the monster and the Yellow-Robed Warrior, suddenly appear.Tuan Yu and Mu are taken prisoner and kept in a stone house, but Tuan Yu utilizes his great strength and breaks free. Together with Mu, he rushes to the rescue of the others; they clash with the monster and wipe him out. But the Yellow-Robed Warrior, before death, deals a fatal “moonlight blow” to Mu. Just before she dies, Mu asks Chung Ling to look after her brother, Tuan Yu.Player Go to Google Play/iTunes in case NO VLC apps was installed.
