Mr. Funnybone (Wang Sha) and Big Potato (Ngai Tung-kwa) have opened a clinic in Cheung Chau for the curing of all kinds of sickness. Since Mr. Funnybone is an expert physician, everybody is happy when leaving the clinic, though Mr. Funnybone has already causes a lot of laughter.Mr. Funnybone has a precious antique flower pot which he places in the surgery in his clinic. It is the famous “male” of the pair of jade flower pots while the “female” belongs to Mr. Chao (Chang Ying). Mr. Chao likes the pot very much and has promised Mr. Ku, the boss of an antique shop, a large sum of money if he can find the male one.Mr. Chin (Liu Lu-hua), a friend of Mr. Funnybone, is working at Mr. Ku’s shop and has unwittingly let out the fact that the male pot is with Mr. Funnybone. Mr. Ku thus tells his follower, Liu Pui (Lin Hui-huang), try to get it.Liu Pui immediately takes two youths to Cheung Chau to disguise as patients in order to rob the pot. However, Mr. Funnybone manages to drive them away. Later at night, Liu Pui comes again but is once more caught by Mr. Funnybone.The next day, with the pot inside his cheung-sam, Mr. Funnybone and Big Potato goes to Hong Kong to visit Mr. Chin. Knowing that the male flower pot is with them, Mr. Ku asks his daughter Jenny (Fanny) to make friend with them in order to learn their lodging place. It is the famous “male” of the pair of jade flower pots while the “female” belongs to Mr. Chao (Chang Ying). Mr. Chao likes the pot very much and has promised Mr. Ku, the boss of an antique shop, a large sum of money if he can find the male one.Mr. Chin (Liu Lu-hua), a friend of Mr. Funnybone, is working at Mr. Ku’s shop and has unwittingly let out the fact that the male pot is with Mr. Funnybone. Mr. Ku thus tells his follower, Liu Pui (Lin Hui-huang), try to get it.Liu Pui immediately takes two youths to Cheung Chau to disguise as patients in order to rob the pot. However, Mr. Funnybone manages to drive them away. Later at night, Liu Pui comes again but is once more caught by Mr. Funnybone.The next day, with the pot inside his cheung-sam, Mr. Funnybone and Big Potato goes to Hong Kong to visit Mr. Chin. Knowing that the male flower pot is with them, Mr. Ku asks his daughter Jenny (Fanny) to make friend with them in order to learn their lodging place. But since Mr. Funnybone keeps the pot always in his cheung-sam, Liu Pui fails to steal it and he is even being made fun of by Mr. Funnybone.When Mr. Chao comes to inquire about the male flower pot, Mr. Ku makes him pay a deposit of $10,000. Since Mr. Chao has not got the money with him, he promises to pay him at noon on the next day. However, this is overheard by Mr. Chin who then tells Mr. Funnybone and Big Potato all about it. Thus, the three of them work out a plan to prevent Mr. Chao from paying the deposit while making Mr. Ku looses $20,000 to Mr. Chao and Mr. Funnybone. At the same time, Mr. Funnybone sells the pot directly to Mr. Chao for $200,000.Finally, after a lot of mishappenings, in one of which Mr. Chin is burnt and sent to the hospital, Mr. Funnybone feels that money is the root of evil and thus decides to donate all the money to charity. However, Mr. Ku and Liu Pui still want to get the money which causes a series of fights. At the end, the sum of $200,000 is being forwarded to charity.Date | 1978 |

Mr. Funnybone (Wang Sha) and Big Potato (Ngai Tung-kwa) have opened a clinic in Cheung Chau for the curing of all kinds of sickness. Since Mr. Funnybone is an expert physician, everybody is happy when leaving the clinic, though Mr. Funnybone has already causes a lot of laughter.Mr. Funnybone has a precious antique flower pot which he places in the surgery in his clinic.
