After returning from training in England, young Inspector Bobby Chou (Fei Hsiang) is assigned to take charge of the Criminal Investigation Department under Police Superintendent Liu (Chu Chiang). He is faced with a new challenge following a chain of homicides and armed payroll robberies, for which a large reward is offered.Bobby receives a phone call from an informer insisting on meeting him alone on a certain spot, but when he arrives late due to unexpected circumstances, he has already been killed.
