Crowds of Visitors

In the past, the exhibition had been an important annual event for the people in Hong Kong. People used to dress up and visit the exhibition with their families to enjoy the festive atmosphere there. Some even remembered that the exhibition provided a great opportunity for courting couples to spend time together. Besides the general public, celebrities and Miss Hong Kong Festival also attended the exhibitions. As new and trendy industrial products would be introduced in the exhibition, members from local organizations, such as Hong Kong Productivity Council and Hong Kong Exporters' Association. Overseas delegations and foreign business organizations also visited the exhibitions to collect information about industrial products manufactured in Hong Kong.
