Chan Siu Fan

Biography

Chan Siu Fan was born in Minbei, Fujian in 1964. Matriculated, he moved to Hong Kong in the late 1970s, where he had worked at a toy factory and in the food packaging field. In 1991, he followed a scaffolding master, and made himself a scaffolding master the next year. In 1996, he founded Chong Fat Scaffolding Co. Ltd. and took up scaffolding works from government schools, with which he built his personal network and laid a foundation in his career. Now Chong Fat takes up not only government scaffolding projects but also private or outsourced ones.
