Chan Wah Cheung, Managing Director of Chit Shing, started out in the PVC business when still aged under 20. In the 1980s, he went on to set up a production plant in Mainland China and eventually transformed his company into a social enterprise in the early 2000s. During his interview, Chan Wah Cheung reflected on his company’s changes since its establishment in 1969.
