Maker's Note | This qin is inscribed with Songfenhan (Pine Tree in the Cold Breeze), the second poem in the Jingzhai Shi’er Qinming. “It was made by me and my wife. My wife has followed me in the art of qin making. She also learnt how to play the qin from Dr Tse Chun-yan. Our love has lasted for 40 years, now,” said Choi Chang-sau. |
