Lee Siu On

Mr. Lee Siu-On joined the Prisons Department (re-named Correctional Services Department in 1982) in 1966 as a Warder and his application interview was conducted at the Victoria Prison. During his thirty odd years’ service, Mr. Lee had worked in Victoria Prison for 6 or 7 tours mainly as front line staff in charge of prisoners. He retired in 2002 as Assistant Officer Class I. Mr Lee mainly shares his experience in dealing with prisoners in the 60s and 70s in the interview.
