Amoy Food’s Production Department’s Senior Manager, Y. K. Cheng, and retired Engineering Department veteran, Wong Wing Man, were among the company’s most senior staff. The pair both served the company for around 50 years starting from the bottom and working their way up, both playing major roles in the evolution of Amoy in the half century after the war as they did so.
