Bell & Howell Model 2709 (Front Left)

35mm camera marketed by Bell & Howell in the 1910s, made in USA.
A historically significant movie camera, it was the first all-metal camera with a body machined from case aluminum, and remained in production until the 1950s. It has a four-lens turret, a rack-over system which allows precise through-the-lens viewing and focusing, and 400 ft. twin compartment magazines.
Used for early silent films, it was so high that only studios and few people owned it, one of them being Charlie Chaplin.
