Hakka folk song: ceramic models of 'salt-baked chicken, pork and fish'
Inspired by the Hakka salt-baked chicken, Chan See Kwong, an artist of Fiona Wong's team, makes use of salt-baked firing to create a series of salt-baked fishes in ceramic. Their colours will fade and skins will peel, just like how the old house experiences changes through the ravages of times in face of many uncertainties in the future.
