Author's Note | In the New Vision Arts Festival 2002, Leung Ping Kwan collaborated with 8 Asian artists who designed ‘‘food boxes’’ featuring the national dish of their country. PK wrote poems exploring the relations between food and culture for each of the dishes, which were placed inside the boxes displayed in the installation exhibition titled ‘Taste of Asia’ designed and curated by Kan Tai Keung and Freeman Lau.Participating artists: Kan Tai Keung, Freeman Lau (Hong Kong); Irvan A.
