The Happy Valley Racecourse, 1988

This photo shows Public Stands II and I, Member’s Stand I, II and III all lined up and were fully packed.  The infield had been developed and was crowded with spectators as the field of runners blazed past.  A concrete track runs next to the grass track for vehicles to travel on.
