So Uk Estate, Sham Shui Po

So Uk Estate was built in 1960. As of 2006, over 46 years, the structure is still in good condition but its estimated high maintenance cost made the Hong Kong Housing Authority decide to demolish it in 2008 and 2011 in two phases.
