Aerial view of Cheoy Lee Shipyard

Cheoy Lee Shipyard was located on the north and eastern shores of Penny's Bay with a site area of about 19 hectares. The shipyard had been in operation since 1964. The site was required for the construction of infrastructure in support of the Hong Kong Disneyland Development. The shipyard decommissioning works started in October 2002.
