Aerial view of Castle Peak Power Station

Castle Peak Power Station is located at Tap Shek Kok of Tuen Mun and is one of the largest coal fired power stations in the world. It was constructed in the 1980s as the means to meet high growth in Hong Kong’s electricity demand.
