Aerial view of Kowloon Bay and Ngau Tau Kok

Telford Garden in the foreground is a private housing estate in Kowloon Bay. Lower Ngau Tau Kok Estate in the centre right was a resettlement estate built in the 1960s. It was among the first batch of resettlement estates built with lifts. The housing blocks of Lower Ngau Tau Kok (I) Estate were pulled down in 2003 and the demolition works of Lower Ngau Tau Kok (II) Estate were commenced in early 2010.
