Headquarters of 20 Independent Reconnaissance Flight Army Air Corps, Sha Tin

20 Independent Reconnaissance Flight Army Air Corps was part of 48 Ghurka Brigade. The Flight was sited at three locations alongside Sha Tin Hoi - the airstrip at the point where the Shing Mun River flowed into the Hoi; Flight Headquarters which had been a school before World War Two; and the Officers Mess where the Racecourse now is.
