Plaque from Chiu Chow Kung Wo Tong for the Yu Lan Ghost Festival

This plaque is a unique feature in the Chiu Chow shengongxi tradition. It is placed between the theatre stage shed and the deity altar to separate seating for men and for women, and also indicates the aisle through which the actors performing the thanksgiving plays and members of the organising committee would pass (1971).
