Gaogong (high priest) is knocking over a sand bridge
During the Sai Wan Ho Kai Fong Yu Lan Festival, the gaogong (high priest) is knocking over a sand bridge, which symbolises purgatory, to rescue the dragon's tablet, which represent ancestral souls.
