A small park in Wong Tai Sin Resettlement Estate

This is a small park in Wong Tai Sin Resettlement Estate. TV sets were occasionally installed in these resettlement estate parks for the enjoyment of the residents. However, due to the very limited open space in these resettlement estates (0.02 acres or 0.008 ha. per 1,000 persons), not surprisingly, these TV sets had caused many social and environmental problems.
