Bound Editions of The Demi-Gods and the Semi-Devils

Set during the Northern Song dynasty, The Demi-Gods and the Semi-Devils is a story that spans geographically across the lands of Song and Liao, the Dali Kingdom and the Western Xia, with a grand narrative and an intricate plot that involve a large cast of characters. During the novel’s serialisation, Jin Yong was out of Hong Kong, and Ni Kuang was invited to write an episode on his behalf. Ni wrote about a fight inside an inn between Murong Fu and Ding Chunqiu, which ended up blinding A Zi. When Jin Yong revised the novel, he rewrote the fight but kept the plot point about A Zi losing her eyesight.
