Jimmy Lai at the 13th Top Ten Chinese Gold Songs Award Reception
The song Carnival of colours–Giordano composed by Anthomy Lun and lyrics by Richard Lam won the Best Song in Advertisements Award (Gold) of the 13th Top Ten Chinese Gold Songs Award. This photo shows the founder of Giordano, Jimmy Lai, attending the 13th Top Ten Chinese Gold Songs Award Reception and receiving a souvenir from Cheung Man Yee, the then Director of Broadcasting. Richard Lam also worked at and wrote columns in media publications founded by Jimmy Lai.
