The lyrics of the songs Wandering singer and The moon is a balloon are written to the same tune. Among these two songs, only the song The moon is a balloon was known to have been sung byFrances Yip and first released in the album Thousand gold for a moment (1982). The original song of The moon is a balloon is Mulberry morning. Wandering singer is likely to be an unrelease work of Richard Lam. In addition, there is another lyrical work of Richard Lam for Lowell Lo with the same song title, but it is not the same song as this with different tunes and lyrics.
