The Happy Valley Racecourse, 1980

This photo shows how the Public Stand I, Members Stand I and Members Stand II(from left to right), which offered tens of thousands of seats altogether, were fully occupied by Hong Kong racing enthusiastic. These stands built between 1955 and 1965 have served Hong Kong racegoers up to now for around half decade.
