Man Mo Temple, Sheung Wan
The Man Mo Temple in Hollywood Road, Hong Kong, is the oldest shrine in the Colony. Literally, "Man" means "civil" and "Mo" is "martial", thus the temple is dedicated to the two gods - King Emperor Man and Holy King Emperor Kwan Mo who, between them, are believed to possess the purview of protecting the well-being of man.
