Aerial view of Po Lin Monastery

Of Hong Kong's more than 360 Chinese temples and monasteries, Po Lin Monastery on Lantau Island enjoys probably the most spectacular location, it situates on Ngong Ping Plateau, 750 metres above sea level, on the northwestern side of Lantau Island.
