The High Court

High Court in the 1920s. On the right is the statue of Queen Victoria. The High Court Building was inaugurated in 1912; the colonnade at the front entrance was decorated with the statue of Themis, the Greek Goddess of Justice, to symbolize the spirit of justice and impartiality.
