Statue Square(1)

Statue Square around 1905. The buildings in the background are Prince Building (left) and Queen's Building (right). Upon the completion of the Central landfills, the Government and the Legislative Council suggest the building of a royal square at the location, and the result was the Statue Square. Prince Building and Queen's Building got their names for the same reason.
