Labour (1928)

This is a government report on labour unrest, grievances, agitation and strikes by guilds and workers in that year. The government identified some unions and workers as communists. Some were found to organize strikes demanding higher wages and shorter hours and some were charged of seizing worker's grievances for propaganda. The government closed down unions which were identified as violent.
