    The video introduces the whimsical weapon, such as tiger-head twin hook swords, zhua, flying guillotine, full moon scimitar, magnetic sabre, hundreds of swords at once, broken sword, short knife, double crescent halberd and concealed blade inside the sole.   • Trailer of Heroes of the East (1978)
    Heroes of the East (aka Shaolin Challenges Ninja), released in Hong Kong on 30 December 1978, was directed by Lau Kar Leung and produced by Shaw Brothers (Hong Kong) Limited. The film won the Best International Martial Arts Film at the 25th Asian Film Festival. The contests between butterfly sabres and twin sai (a melee weapon used in Okinawa) as well as short tonfa and sansetsukon can be found in the trailer.
  • Trailer of The Magic Blade (1976)
    The Magic Blade, released in Hong Kong on 10 July 1976, was directed by Chor Yuen and produced by Shaw Brothers (Hong Kong) Limited. The story of the film was adapted from the novel of the same title by Ku Lung. Tong Kai designed the spinning sabre, a hybrid of a tonfa and a sabre, for Tommy Ti Lung (as Fu Hung Hsueh) can be seen in the trailer. The sabre can be drawn quickly with the help of magnet.

    Holy Flame of the Martial World, released in Hong Kong on 10 June 1983, was directed by Lu Chin Ku and produced by Shaw Brothers (Hong Kong) Limited. The titular Holy Flame Token of Decree makes repeated appearances throughout this trailer.
